SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Shipping and handling costs will be applied to the total amount of your order. Charges are calculated according to weight and geographic zone. Our standard delivery is via UPS Ground. We offer next day, 2nd day, and 3rd day service for an additional charge. We do not offer Saturday delivery options. Orders will ship within 2 business days. Expedited orders placed before 11:30 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) will typically ship the same day. For any questions or special requests regarding shipping, please call LEI at (617) 871-2900.
RETURNS:
Books: Books in clean, saleable condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number or no credit will be issued. Please call (617) 871-2900 for a Return Authorization Number and enclose it with the items you are returning to receive proper credit. (We cannot be responsible for shipping charges on returned items.)
Audio, Video, and Software: Returns of videos or software will only be accepted for damaged or incorrect shipments. To ensure your satisfaction with your software purchase, we offer a free trial of eVSM Software.
