Welcome to the Lean Transformation Summit Community

We recorded all of the keynote, plenary, and breakout sessions as well as the six learning sessions conducted at the 2011 Lean Transformation Summit. These videos were made available to summit attendees to view again or share with their teams. In addition to these videos, a special site was designed to foster communication between attendees, LEI, and presenters creating a community of lean thinkers, who've been "recharged" by the summit and eager to start applying and sharing what they've learned.

Access to this Lean Transformation Summit Community website is now available for purchase. So now more can take advantage of this resource for lean practitioners to ask and discuss questions regarding lean transformation, share common problems, and work together on ongoing challenges. This area builds on a conversation started at the 2011 Lean Transformation Summit.

As an added bonus, those who join this community will receive a $350 discount on registration for the 2012 Lean Transformation Summit, and access to early registration! If you plan on attending the 2012 Transformation Summit, then access to this site is essentially free. Please note that this does not guarantee you registration for the 2012 Lean Transformation Summit, registration will be on a first come first served basis, however you will be given access to registration one week before the rest of the Lean Community.

The price for entrance to the community, presentations, and videos starts at $350. Purchase access for 11 to 25 people for $300 each, 26 to 50 people is $275. Please contact LEI at 617-871-2900 for groups of 51 or more for pricing.
