LEI Workshop Registration Information
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Our workshops are designed to cater to a limited number of participants. If you must cancel a workshop, refunds can be issued until the set refund date (20 business days prior to the start of the workshop series). After that date, no refunds will be processed. If you cancel after that date, you will be given a workshop credit for the full amount paid, good for one year (for either yourself or someone else in your organization). You are responsible for contacting LEI to facilitate receiving the credit. To cancel a workshop, please call LEI at (617) 871-2900.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of the workshop. To make a substitution, please call LEI at (617) 871-2900.
LEI-CANCELLED WORKSHOP:
Should circumstances necessitate that LEI cancel a workshop, LEI staff will notify attendees by phone or email and will issue a full refund for the cancelled workshop. LEI will not be held responsible for any incidental cost incurred (hotel, airfare, etc.)

Go to the drop-down menu on the Training tab and click on “Review Your Past Training.”
PAYMENT:
We accept credit cards (American Express, Master Card, Visa) and checks. If you are paying by check please call LEI at (617) 871-2900 to ensure availability of your desired workshop. Please note you are NOT considered registered until payment (check or credit card) is received by LEI. Purchase orders are not accepted for workshop registrations.
PRICES:
All one-day workshops are $800 and two-day workshops are $1600 unless otherwise noted on the training registration page. Price includes all participant materials, breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
DISCOUNTS:
Multiple Class Discount: A 12.5% discount off the list price for one person attending more than one workshop in the same location. This discount is automatically added in the checkout procedure.
Multiple Person Registration Discount: A 12.5% discount is available for two or more people from the same company attending a workshop(s) in the same location. To register multiple people from your company (at the same workshop location) please call 617-871-2900.
Student Discount: LEI offers a 25% discount to graduate students majoring in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering or any other field where they can potentially apply lean principles and techniques. A copy of your current transcript is required at the time of registration. This discount cannot be combined together with any other discount.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION:
Once your registration has been confirmed, a follow-up email will be sent to you with the details of your workshop registration. Please use that email as confirmation and receipt of your registration. An additional email will be sent to you as the date of the workshop nears.
CLASSES AT CAPACITY:
Due to the popularity of LEI workshops and their limited availability, we encourage you to register early to ensure a seat. If classes are full please continue to visit www.lean.org as any cancellations will be reflected immediately. Currently there is no waiting list for classes.
