Lean Enterprise Institute’s Senior Deployment Leaders' Seminar October 15-16, 2008 in Boston

The Lean Enterprise Institute is conducting a seminar designed specifically for senior leaders of the lean implementation efforts within large complex organizations.  The purpose of the seminar is to bring together senior leaders from large scale organizations to discuss the unique challenges they face in implementing the lean enterprise.  Our speakers will provide insight into the roles and responsibilities needed to build a management system that leads to the effective use of lean tools and the implementation of the lean enterprise. 

Topics to be discussed include:

• Putting lean tools in the proper context of an effective management system
• The role of a centralized improvement group versus that of line management
• Where to find the experience and expertise needed for your implementation
• The challenges faced in engaging all levels of the organization
• Putting together results oriented action plans for enterprise implementation
• How lean principles work across all functions and geographic boundaries
• The senior deployment leader’s role in creating improved business performance

Seminar Fee:  The fee for the LEI Senior Deployment Leaders Seminar is $1,900 per person.

Seminar Date:  The seminar will begin at 8 Am on Wednesday, October 15th and conclude at 3 PM on Thursday, October 16th.
