Those are the headlines, here are the details: Based on our research, experience and observations the Lean Enterprise Institute (LEI) has been formulating theory on what it takes to transform organizations into the “Lean Enterprise”. To better develop that theory and to help Senior Executives lead their organizations to greater success, LEI is hosting a series of Senior Executive Forums involving small (15 people or less) groups of Senior Leaders in a two-day educational format. These two-day sessions are designed to create ongoing dialogue about the role of Senior Executives in lean transformations. Jim Womack, founder and chairman of the Lean Enterprise Institute and author of The Machine That Changed the World, Lean Thinking and Lean Solutions will host these sessions. The sessions are designed to provide both a conceptual framework as well as practical advice for Senior Executives leading their organizations to become a lean enterprise.
