Hello All,
I am looking for companies which make exactly similar product (modular tubes, 28 mm, joints, conveyor etc) as Creform does.
I have been using Creform for all our customized workstations, carts, flow racks in the past. I have a big project coming up next month and I wanted to see if I could have a competitive bidding for the project.

There are plenty. Some that I have used include:

The Tube and Bracket Company - www.tubeandbracket.com (located in UK so may be cheaper in Europe than alternatives)
Fast Tube - www.fastube.com
Check with some of your local material distributers - there are others out there, some are only local and not international as the companies above but that does not mean there are not worth investigating.

I have researched couple of alternate companies to Creform, based here in U,S for the project I am working on - Here are some statistics: (Its an apples to apples comparison with same parts having similar dimensions, strength and durability)

I did find an alternative to round tubing. 1" square pipe, very close to creform but uses drilled holes to attach. Company is Flex-craft (www.flex-craft.com).

I have worked with several "round tube" companies. The best so far is Flex Craft - www.flex-craft.com. It stronger, easier to assemble, precut and alot less expensive.

Attached is literature regarding Track Systems, Inc. assembly line side flow racks. TSI manufactures line side flow racks that are tool less and modular in design. TSI racks are snap together racks which typical assembly time is under an hour. They can be broken down and reused without cutting new tubes. We use lista international Nexus flow rack systems. We have about 100 stations were we combine the workstation with the storage for a point of use work cell. Very Effective.

I have used both Creform and American ProPipe. Both have similar connectors and options, The American ProPipe has a piping option which has a thicker wall. A company I worked at purchased several parts feed racks using the Creform tubing. When the racks got loaded with full cartons of material, there was excessive flexing of the tubing system and our company made a decision to switch to the American Pro pipe. The American Pro Pipe components also cost less.
