? By products
? Catch weight
? Co products
? Container and packaging management
? FDA requirements name and type
? Lot tracking
? Multi-dimensional item tracking and traceability
? Quality control (is it ISO)
? Quality management
? Recipe management

Colin,
For food industry definitions, may we suggest a food industry website (fda.gov) or other business dictionary (businessdictionary.com).
Many of the terms/specs in question can vary with different food groups (livestock, grain, dairy) so a specific product inquiry would speed things along...
