Is anyone practicing the Value Stream Mapping Process utilizing standard work developed from the book "Learning to See" (Womack & Jones)? How is this method working for you and what are your insights?

We are applying this work in a Healthcare Value Stream setting and would like to bring focus to the main points described in the book...ie..identifying the pacemaker, push v.s pull systems, supermarkets etc...
