Has anybody got a good simple example on how to cascade down policy deployment through two or three levels i.e.from 3-5 year strategy down to junior management level? The attached file shows how to cascade but i would;like one containing details.
Thanks

Hi Ian,
here is my tuppence worth. Your framework look fine : the idea is to break down the big tasks into smaller steps.
In order to do this in a way that is useful, you do need to engage with those whom you expect to carry out out these tasks. So my simple suggestion is to engage with the junior management. They will have more insights that you might give them credit for.

Hi Ian,
The attached is a simple example of how to cascade down corporate goals and strategies to departments all the way down to the individual. I hope this helps.

I'm also looking for someone who does policy deployment well that we could benchmark from. We have a list of questions (attached) and would like to spend 1/2 hour on the phone discussing them. Thank you in advance for your response.
