There will be approx. 24 people in attendance. We are a Government organisation in the 'Customer Service' sector. Our Lean Practitioners are implementing Lean and Continuous Improvement in the business. I feel it would be helpful for our Lean Practitioners to see how other businesses in the same sector (private or public) are achieving success with Lean and Continuous Improvement.
