I am currently putting together a training roadmap that will be introduced to companies new to Continuous Improvement and Lean. This is for every level of the organization. I have started by separating it by Role (Executive Team, Managers/Team Leaders, Lean Leaders, Team members). My question to everyone is, what level of knowledge with CI tools and methodologies should each level of the organization have? Has anyone created a similar roadmap that they could share? Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Kimberley,
I would focus on the desired behaviours required once living lean.
My short answer to this would be as long as each level can understand their goal and how this aligns to the customer requirements, identify the things preventing from achieving those, the ability to visualise and understand visual management and the tools/knowledge and ability to problem solve. I have developed the give model which is explained here on my site: Give model
I would be more than happy to offer any support if required
Many thanks
Lee
