I am embarking on doing an assignment for a company providing training using classrooms with PC's and lecturers. Regarding visual management I am looking at displaying filled seats in each classroom to provide sales and planning with a view on available capacity and efficient utilisation. Much like theater booking systems.

The VS map will trace sales orders to booking confirmations and I will examine their costing policies in line with VS income statements and VS pricing rather than margin based pricing.

Does anyone have any other ideas that I could use?
