Hello
I am teaching lean ideas to a techinical course on Logistic and I'd like to use a kind of game to teach kanban. Please, if somebody knows a simple game to in one hour teach how to use kanban let me know.

Hi Bruno,
A colleague of mine designed a lean game which teaches both standard and flow kanbans: http://www.leangame.com. The game introduces standard kanbans and flow kanbans.

We use logo toy and build the real production, the game totally 4 round and different person act different role, such like customer, plant manager, material handler, supplier,
operator and so on. the first two round layout and everyting is mess, the last two round the team together for improvements with lean tools, such like 5S& visual,pull & kanban, change over, line balancing etc. it is really good for everyone understand lean concetion

There are many games to show how kanban helps in a pull system.

I've been looking for a simple game that illustrates how the actual kanban cards move around. If anyone else knows of one, let me know.

Dear Ekonom;
unfortunately the game i have invented doesn't have any instruction or document.
it is executive program that i use in my workshops.
i have some toys and i use them to simulate a production line and there is a team who play as workers and logistics supervisors.
they run Craft/Mass and Pull Production system with toys and find how Pull Production really works!
During the game participants find out how quality improves and cycle time decreases...
