You already have 15 years experience and with that comes practical examples and real benefits realised. My belief has always been that Sigma qualification is deemed necessary for some roles however with Lean it is experience of application of the principles and how adaptable you are to flex the tools etc. Lee Leansecrets.co.uk Reply : Quote 05/01/2012 11:26 AM Boeing_Lean Ken Hunt I know there are several Lean certifications floating around but quite frankly I haven't seen any that make a distinction between factory floor vs. office.
