I currently work for a new department that will integrate all Lean initiatives across the organization. Our department has a team board and my unit has a small section in it where we are supposed to visually display the results of the different lean initiatives in a one pager. Any good templates out there?

Limarys,
As every problem and solution is different, every display will be a different. So your best Template is the blank board. Ask your team for ideas on how they want to communicate.
In general, a basic P-D-C-A story structure works well.
