Marek learned lean principles and practices while working at Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, where he was one of the first people hired. As plant education and training manager, he was responsible for recruiting team members, training them, developing the organizational structure, and assisting with production launch and continuing operations. Prior to joining Toyota he worked for Sharp Electronics. He helps a wide variety of companies in North America and Europe make the lean leap through F.S.P. Consulting Inc.
