10 Commandments for The Boss of a Company Implementing Lean Philosophy

Having a clear vision and improvement goals for the whole organization is the first of 10 rules or "commandments" for the boss of a company pursuing a lean transformation, according to a study by the Wrocław University of Technology, Institute of Production Engineering and Automation. The team of researchers was led by Tomasz Koch, president and co-founder of the Lean Enterprise Institute, Polska, an affiliate of the Lean Global Network.
