The Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport is located inside the main terminal of the Orlando International Airport on Level 4 directly above the security entrance to Gates 60-129.
Arrival Information:
Enter the hotel from main terminal at Orlando International Airport (Level 4 directly above the security entrance to Gates 60-129). Follow signs to the hotel.
Luggage Pickup Service: For a $10 fee you can avoid waiting in baggage claim with the Hyatt Regency’s luggage pick up service. Present your claim ticket at hotel check-in and a member of the hotel’s guest service team will retrieve your luggage and bring it directly to your room. Please allow up to 45 minutes for retrieval.
Departure Information:
All airline gates are within a 7 minute walk from the hotel lobby. Please take advantage of the Fast Board Tool to print out your boarding pass without leaving the lobby (located next to the Concierge). Please note that this is for domestic flights only, and should be done 24 hours prior to your flight.
Transportation:
Rental cars are not necessary to attend this event, as the hotel is in the airport. However, if you would like to visit the area attractions, reservations for towncars, limousines, executive mini-busses, taxis, and rental cars can be made by contacting the Concierge.
Parking:
The Hyatt Regency Orlando offers valet guest parking for $16 per night or self parking for $12 per night. Summit attendees who are not staying at the Hyatt Regency are eligible for a $7 discount on valet parking or $4 discount on self parking. The Fitness Center is located on the sixth floor and is open 24 hours and accessible via a guest room key. The indoor/outdoor pool is located next to the Fitness Center and is open 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.

There is an outdoor fitness track on the 11th floor of the hotel for guest use.
