LEI Leaper Presenting LEI Lean Roadmaps

Below are links to educational lean roadmaps classified by the type of business: manufacturing, office and service, supply chain, and healthcare. These roadmaps are meant to be used as general guidelines for your lean development. Their purpose is to help you select the right sequence of training programs based on the type of business you are in.

Industry Types:

Healthcare
Manufacturing
Office and Service

Supply Chain

This is not a rigid curriculum, but a flexible guide to use for customizing an education program suited to your type of business,  your level of lean knowledge and experience, and your company’s phase in the lean transformation.

We have left it to you to select the courses from the proposed progressions of workshops that meet your individual development needs and provide your company with the essential lean tools and methodologies.  However, please note that the attendance of some workshops is required as a pre-requisite for other classes, for example, we recommend that you attend the workshop on Creating Continuous Flow prior to enrolling in Making Materials Flow, or attend the class on Warehousing Introduction before Warehousing Implementation, etc. Please review carefully the workshop pre-requisites stipulated in every class outline to make sure you follow the recommended progression of steps.
