Track 1:
Key Concepts & Tools

A tool alone does not solve a problem; it's that application of the tool and in the thinking behind it that get the job done. Tools are often the place where people and companies start with lean. LEI workshops not only teach you about the tool, but take you to the next level of understanding, the thinking behind the tool.

The People Capability track consists of complementary workshops designed to give you the knowledge and experience to create better coaches and PDCA problem solving thinking.

This track was intentionally built to help you develop management systems regardless of company and team sizes, and gives you the opportunity to learn while doing.
