You listed three objectives:
* Present next year's vision.
* Identify improvement leverage to work on.
* Show what we are capable of doing.
Construct a matrix with those objectives vs. your activities.
Fill in how each activity will accomplish, or contribute to, each of your objectives.
That might help you make sure everything is tight and aligned with what you want to accomplish.
