We are in Batch manufacturing & measuring OEE at bottleneck operation. Can somebody guide if they have some formulae / excel sheet / macro enabled sheet for converting my OEE improvement into cash.

The simple thing you can do is look at how much your o.e.e. has improved. You need to understand how much more you are producing vs what you were producing before your o.e.e. improved.

For instance if you are now producing 18,865 parts (or whatever you produce) vs 17,150 there is a 1,715 increase. If each part you sell gives your company a profit of $12 then you have increased your profit by $20,580. If you look at that over a year that's over a million dollars.
