1.  Lean Thinking for Aerospace (Again), by Jim Womack

How many times have you flown somewhere and spotted something – whether in the airport, during boarding/deplaning, or in the air – that could be improved with lean? Over 25 years ago, Jim Womack knew that his (then-budding) concept of lean would one day need to be applied to the aerospace industry.
