Process Improvement Supervisor, Sorenson Forensics

Heather Jamieson is a passionate change agent and process improvement consultant with a focus in the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies in forensics laboratories at local, state, and federal levels. She has 6 years of Lean Six Sigma project role experience including project team member, lead, and Green/Black Belt consultant. Heather is currently employed by Sorenson Forensics and responsible for generation of LSS training curriculum, as well as project management of government-contracted process improvement initiatives. She is also a certified LSS Black Belt mentoring more than 25 Green Belt candidates in laboratories across the country.
