Steve Ansuini is an associate at Honsha consulting and a contributing author to Toyota by Toyota.

He started at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky (TMMK) in 1987 in the Skilled Trades Development area with responsibility for creating intermediate and advanced maintenance training. In 1989, he started the TMMK Suggestion System. During more than 20 years at Toyota, he supported Quality Circle deployment and provided hiring assessment and system development support for Toyota operations in Baja, CA, Mexico, Alabama, Indiana, and Texas.

Upon moving to Toyota’s North American Production Support Center, Georgetown, KY, his role included deployment of the visual manual to all North American Toyota affiliates and chairing the North American Toyota Quality Circles Forum. Steve also provided Toyota Job Instruction training, role training, Quality Circle training, Group Leader training and visual manual user support for North America.
