Developing capability among employees is the most critical challenge continuous improvement and human resource leaders face. And it’s never been tougher. Corporate training must cultivate adaptable, critical thinking skills suitable to today’s ever-evolving business landscape. And it must grapple with the unique challenges of adult learning, including curbing information overload and promoting work-life balance.
To meet these challenges, LEI offers three innovative new online courses: Work Improvement Learning Journey, Work Observation Practice, and Problem Definition Practice.
Each of these courses embodies a thorough understanding of lean principles and are designed to facilitate behavioral change:
- Work Improvement Learning Journey: Offers a comprehensive guide through the process of work improvement. It presents immersive learning experiences and equips participants with practical tools for workplace application. Moreover, it nurtures a lean-thinking mindset, facilitating the identification and resolution of work process issues.
- Work Observation Practice: Emphasizes meticulous understanding of work processes. It aids in making data-driven business decisions and fosters a lean culture by basing work process experiments on observed facts. You learn by doing in this practice-oriented and example-based experience.
