WEBINAR: How to Use Book Clubs to Become Self-Reliant on Your Lean Journey

June 22, 2017, 2:00 - 3:00PM, EDT  |  Time Zone Conversion

A 60-minute webinar and Q&A with author and lean management practitioner Michael Ballé, who will introduce a free web-based platform for learning and implementing lean management principles.

In a perfect world, your company’s lean transformation has the undivided commitment of the CEO, and you have access to the world’s best sensei (an expert teacher) to guide you.

In reality, true commitment to the lean effort and expert coaching is a rare luxury. If you, your team, and your company are going to succeed at lean management, you have to become self-reliant.

Now, you can get the support and expertise you need to be self-reliant – online and for free – with Michael Ballé, who has more than 20 years’ experience helping companies make lean management transformations and coaching the executives who lead them.

Leveraging the power of company book clubs, The Gold Mine MasterClass gives you and your team the resources needed to be self-reliant on your lean journey, no matter how much – or little – support you have.

Join Michael for this free webinar to learn:

  • How the masterclass supports you – and your team – step-by-step through a lean transformation
  • How the masterclass platform integrates videos, Gemba Coach columns, a podcast, and chapters from the book trilogy
  • How personal development leads to company development, as portrayed in the trilogy
  • How to use book clubs and experiments to learn lean principles
  • How book clubs create space for deep discussions
  • How to connect book clubs to building a lean culture
  • Examples of how companies used book clubs
  • And much more

Michael has just launched The Gold Mine MasterClass, based on the popular book The Gold Mine lean business novel.

Curious? Check out the platform now at www.thegoldmine.jimdo.com. Then join Michael Thursday, June 22, 2017, at 2 PM, EDT, for the webinar.

If you already have The Gold Mine Trilogy, there’s nothing to buy and no registration is required. If you need the books, you can buy the set here for $40 off.

Can’t make it? Register anyway, and we’ll send you a link to the archived version when we post it.
