LEI's CEO Eric Buehrens sat down with LEI's Communications Director, Chet Marchwinski to discuss this new organization, and talk about some of the challenges they may face and offering some advice.

Eric Buehrens is the former deputy provost for administration at Harvard University, executive vice president, COO, and interim CEO of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and as EVP and COO of Reliant Medical Group.

Now 20 years later the book is still a best seller and Value Stream Mapping is the cornerstone of lean thinking. Jim Womack, the publisher of the book sits down with John Shook one of the book's authors to talk about what it took to make such a pioneering publication.

John and Jim also discuss the book Managing to Learn which explored A3 creation and coaching.
