Aaron Holm

Aaron Holm has more than 25 years of experience helping organizations improve performance. He spent over two decades at Toyota, where he developed deep expertise in supply chain cost analysis, risk management, and TPS (Toyota Production System) principles. At Toyota, Aaron worked on large-scale initiatives that streamlined operations, strengthened supplier networks, and improved overall supply chain resilience.

Today, Aaron brings that experience to a broader range of organizations. He now partners with companies to apply proven Toyota methods in practical, results-driven ways. His areas of focus include cost and quote analysis, supply chain auditing, structured problem solving, TPS training, and new product launch readiness. By combining Toyota’s disciplined approach with hands-on coaching, Aaron helps teams solve problems effectively and sustain long-term improvements.

Aaron holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University and an MBA from Wichita State University.
