Shipping and Handling:

Shipping and handling costs will be applied to the total amount of your order. Charges are calculated according to weight and geographic zone. Our standard delivery is via UPS Ground. We offer next day, 2nd day, and 3rd day service for an additional charge. We do not offer Saturday delivery options. 

Orders will ship within 2 business days. Expedited orders placed before 11:30 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) will typically ship the same day. 

Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes; carriers often charge customers directly for additional administrative fees associated with the customs process. For any questions or special requests regarding shipping, please call LEI at (617) 871-2900. Note: We do not offer drop shipments to international orders.

Returns of videos or software will only be accepted for damaged or incorrect shipments.

Discounts:

LEI Published books receive the following volume discounts:

10 – 20 = 10%
21 – 40 = 15%
41 + = 20%

Bulk purchase discounts are available only to business and education entities where books are used for internal learning purposes only.

Refund and Returns Policies:

Returns on books will be refunded in the original payment method for domestic orders only and if returned within 30 days of purchased and in saleable condition. We do not accept returns on international book orders. Credit card refunds will only be made to the credit card used for purchase.
