Rachel Reuter
With nearly 40 years of experience working at Toyota, Rachel has cultivated extensive expertise across a wide range of disciplines from manufacturing to administration to service. Beginning in a staff-level role, Rachel advanced through management and eventually into an executive position.
She uses her lived experience to bring life to LEI workshops including Managing on Purpose with Hoshin Kanri and Managing to Learn with the A3 Process, also helping to launch and support the Lean Management Program. Additionally, she has worked with multiple organizations on their transformation journey coaching and mentoring hoshin kanri, problem solving, and process improvement.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management, and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership, earned in 2023.
Outside of work, she enjoys pickleball, travel and time with family. A guiding principle that underscores her career is, “You determine the future.”
