Introduction to Lean Process Development
In today’s fast-paced environment, organizations must move beyond fixing broken processes. They must build learning, align teams early, and design processes that are ready to perform as intended at launch—rather than requiring months of fixes and adjustments afterward.
This one-day workshop introduces a practical, systems-based approach to Lean Process Development. Participants will explore the 6CONx framework, which guides cross-functional teams through a structured development cycle: from understanding context and generating concepts to confirming readiness and enabling continuous improvement. Whether you’re in manufacturing, healthcare, or a service environment, if you’re developing new processes or systems and want to build in learning, clarity, and capability—this workshop is for you.
