René Aernoudts

René Aernoudts has been working as a coach and trainer for 30 years in the field of Lean management, continuous improvement, and strategic change. Helping over 200 companies working on their business challenges in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, construction, government, food production, retail, and service industries.

Before he founded the Lean Management Instituut in the Netherlands in 2004, he was a coach and director at a consulting firm from 1996 – 2003. He started his career as a lecturer at two business schools and working at Randstad Temporary Employment Services.

Known for combining practical lean expertise with a people-centered approach, René helps organizations to create sustainable results by engaging leaders and employees in meaningful improvement. His areas of expertise include lean transformation design, executive coaching, strategic change, leadership education, and inspirational speaking.

He received his masters degree in Business Administration at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
