Joe Seestadt

Joe Seestadt’s mission is to add value to organizations through lean deployment and leadership development. He is experienced and confident in navigating the dynamic waters of change management, cost reduction, and growth planning. Mid-level managers love him because he can relate to both the upward and downward pressures they endure in their roles. So, to them, he’s a coach at their side. 

Joe has unique expertise in lean lab design, lean cost reduction, hospital growth, and operationalizing mergers and acquisitions. 

He has a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, a Master’s in Business Administration, and a Master’s in Divinity. He is also a lead pastor at a Christian church.
