Art shares the powerful common sense at the core of the myriad experiments conducted to create both episodic improvements—and, ultimately, a culture of continuous improvement. You will learn the value of “learning by doing” lean, the importance of top leaders joining the work directly, and the benefits of taking a humble approach to coaching people in this challenging work.
