Now 20 years later the book is still a best seller and Value Stream Mapping is the cornerstone of lean thinking. Jim Womack, the publisher of the book sits down with John Shook one of the book's authors to talk about what it took to make such a pioneering publication.John and Jim also discuss the book Managing to Learn which explored A3 creation and coaching.
