Lean Talks: Problem Solving with ThoughtWorks

By Kevin Kriner

At the 2014 Lean Transformation Summit in Orlando, I had the opportunity to give a “Lean Talk” about root cause analysis: what it is, why it’s important, how to use it, and what I’ve learned helping teams build their problem solving skills. If you notice that the same issues come up again and again in your organization, you may find this talk helpful. Check it out and I’d love to hear your thoughts!
