The Lean Coaching Community will gather in Austin, TX July 19-20, 2017. The agenda and team of experienced coaches will be released in the coming weeks, all centered around this year's theme, "Practice. Practice. Practice."
This presentation comes from the 2016 Lean Coaching Summit and features Tony Lamberton, School Systems CEOs, Educationalist, Adviser to Department of Education, England, AND lean practitioner. Tony returns for the 2017 Summit where he presents a session titled “Off the Couch, Coach.” See the full 2017 agenda.
The definition of "practice" is to perform an activity, exercise, or skill repeatedly or regularly in order to improve or maintain one's proficiency. The purpose of the 2017 Lean Coaching Summit is exactly that! As the theme suggests, you will have opportunities to practice throughout the Summit. We have 12 opportunities for you to learn and practice at the summit from skilled coaches. Our facilitators have designed their sessions to engage you in a variety of coaching techniques and skills with interactive activities in their breakout sessions. As an attendee, you will have ample opportunity to interact, learn, share, and enjoy engaging with your colleagues and session facilitators. We look forward to you joining us as we practice together.
The Lean Enterprise Institute and Lean Frontiers again offer to the lean community the annual Lean Coaching Summit, now entering its third year. The Summit will continue to lay the groundwork for coaching in the lean enterprise through a collaborative and hands-on learning environment. The Summit's mission is to move the lean enterprise from a vision of coaching excellence to reality, resulting in everyone in your organization being touched by persistent and patient coaching.
This summit is created in Partnership with LeanFrontiers.
