On June 23, 2011 LEI presented the webinar "Sustaining Lean Gains by Taking a Gemba Walk", featuring Jim Womack, author of several best selling books and founder of the Lean Enterprise Institute. After this webinar Jim sat down on camera to answer some of the questions that we were not able to get to during the webinar.
