Scaling is one of the tech industry’s toughest challenges. Agile provides a framework for delivering value rapidly and continuously to customers. However, its efficacy is highest in small teams and struggles as an organizational framework in large, complex enterprises.

At the 2024 Lean Summit, Fabrice Bernhard, coauthor of The Lean Tech Manifesto and cofounder and CTO of global software group Theodo, shared how lean thinking provided a framework for scaling agile at his rapidly growing company. In addition to drawing parallels between lean and agile, his keynote offered real-world examples from open-source projects and innovative companies that demonstrate how to overcome the challenges of scaling with lean thinking.

Watch the complete keynote.

Join LEI’s next event, the “Future of People at Work Symposium,” in Detroit, Michigan, on July 18-19. Business and academic leaders will converge to shape the future of business in today’s rapidly changing landscape.
