Kathi Hanley

Kathi Hanley is committed to increasing the capability of organizations to rapidly develop the skills required to make significant improvements in operational effectiveness. She has spent the past twenty years involved in developing and implementing initiatives that have significantly improved the capability of companies to meet the competitive challenges of successfully doing business in today’s global economy. Kathi works with executives and managers to develop Human Resource strategies and implementation plans that will assure that the organization will achieve and sustain the cultural change required to meet higher performance expectations of a Lean transformation. Kathi is the unique Human Resources coach that has actually been there and understands the scope of change that must happen in an organization to successfully implement Lean and achieve results. She has helped out clients develop and execute HR strategies that enable the leadership modeling and culture required of a successful Lean transformation. Kathi holds a graduate degree in Business Administration and an undergraduate degree in Social Work.
